Jean Lecacheux calculations (cf. IAUC 8285).

Updated feb. 14, 21h17 UT : J. Lecacheux obtains a 6 km
small north shift of the satellite ground track, using
improved coordinates for the pole of orbital precession,
as determined by Pascal Descamps (IMCCE).
